webring hub
i figured it's probably more efficient having a webring host page than trying to dump them on the index and inadvertedly make visitors try to find the link to get to the next site, so uh, hopefully this makes things easier lol. i mean it probably also discourages visitors from actually viewing the rest of the site, but i guess it's a double edged sword then lol
